| How do I sign up? |
| Go the sign up page and enter your company name, username, password, number of departments, and number of operators. Then click the "Sign Up" button. You will be taken to PayPal and asked to sign up for a subscription at the quotes price *with 14 days free*. You will not be billed for your first month until after your 14 day trial expires. You can cancel your subscription through PayPal at any time during the first 14 days and you will not be billed for the service. |

| What should I do to enable chat on my website? |
| Log in to your account using your username and password and go to the departments page and set up your departments. Then, go to the operators page, create an operator account for each of your operators, and assign each operator to the departments they belong to. Third, go to the departments page and ensure that the operator priority for each department reflects the order in which operators should be notified of a chat for that department. Then, go to the icons page and upload the online and offline images that you wish to be displayed when you are available/unavailable for chat. Finally, go to the Generate Code section and place the appropriate chat code on your website. |

| How do I set up a FAQ? |
| Log into your account and go to the FAQ section of the administration panel. First, click on Add Topic and add each of the high level categories that you intend to use with chat. Then, click on Add FAQ and add the questions and answers that you want to include in your FAQ. To implement a FAQ on your site, go to the Generate Code section of the website and place the appropriate code on your website. |

| How do I set up canned messages? |
| Log into your account and click on the Canned Messages icon at the top of the page. You can set up canned messages for each department you are assigned to, messages specific to you, and, if you are the company administrator, messages for all of your operators. Permissions are automatically managed by our system. |

| How do I go online and let users initiate chats with me? |
| After you have implemented the generated code on your website, log into your control panel and click on the Launch Request Monitor image at the top of the page. This will make the service display that you are online and let users initiate chats with you. |

| How do I accept a chat? |
| When a visitor initiates a chat, you will see a line in your request monitor with a button that allows you to accept the chat. Click on that image and a chat window will open. If your have sounds listed as on, you will also hear when each visitor lands on your site and each time a chat request is initiated by a user. |

| I do not have online/offline images, can I use the icons on LiveCustomerChat.com? |
| Yes! Download http://www.livecustomerchat.com/online.gif and http://www.livecustomerchat.com/offline.gif and upload them to your account. These are the same online and offline images that we use! |

| How do I view visitor and chat statistics? |
| Log into your account and click on the Statistics image at the top of the page. Use the menu at the left of the page to view various visitor and chat statistics. |
